Why can self-delivery cost more than expected?

Driver time often goes uncounted. Fuel is visible, but two hours on the road at your hourly rate can cost more. Once calculated per delivery, a courier may be cheaper.

Should I always use a courier?

Not necessarily. Self-delivery can win with dense routes, many daily drops or special handling needs. This calculator gives you a cost per delivery to compare.
