What are workshop kereta's common problems?
Customer busy calling to ask status
The car is being repaired, but the customer calls many times asking if it is ready yet. Staff have to stop work for a moment every time they want to answer.
Uncontrolled parts inventory
The necessary part is out of stock but I didn't realize it until I wanted to use it. Work was delayed due to a last minute order.
Scattered service records
The service history of each car is written in a separate book or not recorded at all. When the customer comes back, the staff does not remember what was done.
