Which contribution rates are used?

Typical rates: employer EPF of 13% for salaries up to RM5,000 (12% above), employer SOCSO around 1.75% and EIS at 0.2%, subject to ceilings. All rates are adjustable; confirm the latest rates with KWSP and PERKESO.

Does this include every staffing cost?

Only statutory contributions. Full costs can include training, equipment, leave, bonuses and workspace. Treat this as a floor, not a ceiling.
