We built a system for tuition centers so that parents can see their child's progress at any time, and the monthly fees come in on time. Admin work is also lighter than the manual method.
The tuition center in Subang Jaya and USJ is in the middle of the school and family area — requests come by themselves every term. But when registration, class schedule and fee collection are all on WhatsApp and books, the teacher spends the end of the month chasing payments and answering the same schedule questions over and over again. A system that displays schedules, records attendance and sends automatic fee reminders returns that time to teaching.

Parents can log in themselves to see their child's attendance, fees and progress in one place.
Digital presence
Teacher's presence sign on phone or tablet, records are kept directly without having to calculate manually again.
Automatic fee & receipt + reminder
Auto-generated fee receipts after payment, and reminders are sent automatically to parents who have not paid.
Student progress report
A brief progress report of each student is generated automatically to be shared with parents periodically.
