Refund Policy
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
At Digitalize Plus, we strive to provide the highest quality automation services. We want you to be completely satisfied with our work.
2. Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Service Deficiencies: If the delivered workflow or automation does not meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in our contract/proposal, and we are unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 14 business days), you are eligible for a full or partial refund based on the scope of the remaining work.
- Cancellation: If you cancel a service subscription or ongoing project, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the billing cycle, provided notice is given at least 7 days in advance.
- Non-Refundable Items: Setup fees, third-party software license fees negotiated on your behalf, and completed consultation hours are generally non-refundable.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at digitalizeplusmy@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
4. Processing Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank).
